I am proud of you for reaching out! I specialize in working with individuals and couples (romantic partnerships of various configurations and sexualities) who experience anxiety and depression, especially around issues of sexuality, intimacy, trauma, and attachment. Some of my favorite folx to engage with are those exploring the spectrum of their gender identity and sexual orientation, pregnancy/menstruation/medical related trauma, and ethical-non-monogamy. As a sex therapist, I frequently focus on sensual pleasure, mindful masturbation, and ethical porn usage. I also work with a variety of couples, polycules, males, trans, nonbinary and various other assortments of the human spectrum; pointing clients in directions of research supported techniques and evidence-based practice. I approach therapy from a humanistic standpoint that looks to holistically incorporate a whole-body experience; Utilizing trauma informed care, attention to context, intersectionality, and social justice measures. Within my work with you, we will look for opportunities to include artistic expression, and earth centered care.
